At Complete Insurance Solutions protecting your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is a top priority. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your telecommunications information as required under the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules (47 U.S.C. § 222 and related regulations).

1. What is CPNI?

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is information about your telecommunications service that we obtain through providing that service. CPNI includes:

  • Type of service (e.g., VoIP, wireless, local/long-distance calling)
     
  • Technical configuration
     
  • Usage (e.g., call logs, call destination, duration)
     
  • Billing records and account details
     

CPNI does NOT include your name, address, or phone number (also known as “subscriber list information”).

a. Without Your Approval (Permitted Use):

We may use CPNI without your consent:

  • To provide the services you’re already subscribed to
     
  • For legal or emergency purposes
     
  • To protect our network or enforce terms of service
     

b. With Your Approval (Optional Use):

We require your explicit consent (opt-in or opt-out depending on context) to:

  • Market new categories of services not currently provided to you
     
  • Share CPNI with affiliates or third parties for marketing

4. Protecting Your CPNI
